Big-impeller centrifugal pump with hydraulics made of AISI 304 stainless steel with radial impeller and with components obtained through the hydroforming process, which guarantees high corrosion resistance, high efficiency with more than80% efficiency, and low leakage. The versatility of these electric pumps is due to the different types of mechanical seals that can be applied.

 

The components of the 2CDX(L) electric pump are obtained through the renowned hydroforming process, which ensures robustness, hydraulic efficiency and reliability. The process uses a high-pressure fluid (up to 1200 bar) to form the metal. The hydraulic fluid, in our case water, with increasing pressure pushes the stainless steel to copy the shapes of the template until it makes contact with the inner walls of the die that makes up the mold.


This unique system, which combines the power of a press with the force of water, has significant advantages over traditional processes:

These features ensure high corrosion resistance, high efficiency with more than 80 percent efficiency and low losses. Due to their compact size, 2CDX(L) electric pumps can be placed even in narrow or hard-to-reach spaces. The versatility of these electric pumps is due to the different types of mechanical seals that can be applied.
