Procedure on receipt of goods - transfer of Risk

When we ship a parcel with the courier, there is the possibility that you arrive at your destination damaged. The reasons may be different: the contents may be fragile, the packaging can be dropped during transport, an operator could be paid little attention to the management of the parcel, etc. etc.. What to do to protect ourselves from this possibility? Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately claimed by the customer by affixing the words “subject TO CONTROL GOODS FOR ... (indicate the motivation)” on the delivery document received by courier. The words “subject” allows you to check the goods at a later time seen that the courier for the law does not allow to open the parcel until you have signed the delivery document. It is understood that, once signed the delivery document without any objection, it will be closed to the client any exception regarding the external characteristics of delivered goods.
