What are the delivery times on Elettronew?

Elettronew offers a delivery service throughout Europe with the following delivery times:

  • GLS (only Italy): Delivery within 24/48 working hours.
  • DHL Express: Delivery within 24/48 working hours.
  • DHL Economy: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
  • Economy Courier: Delivery within 5-7 working days.

We also remind you that the shipping time of each order is highlighted on the product page, on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email that you will receive once the purchase is completed.

Please Note: in case of payment by bank transfer, the preparation of the order will be carried out only when the transaction will be charged.

                      

What are the shipping costs if I purchase on Elettronew?

To find out the shipping costs of your order, just enter your province and your postcode in the "Order Confirmation" page. These costs fluctuate according to the province of destination, the real weight and the volumetric weight of the goods.

        

Can I track the shipment of my order?

When the order is concluded, it is marked with the following status "In preparation", it means that your order is being processed before shipping. Once entrusted to the courier, it will be marked with the status of "Shipped" and upon the change of status, you will receive an email from Elettronew with the shipping confirmation and a "tracking link" to track your package. You can consult the tracking link when you prefer to be updated in real time on the status of your shipment. If you are unable to view the email with the tracking or if you are unable to track your shipment, you can contact the support on the Contact Page, by email on support@elettronew.com, or calling us at +39 081 5405273.

        

What happens if I am not at home when DHL delivers an order?

In the case you are absent upon delivery of the DHL courier, the latter will notify you via email about the non-delivery, and will make a new attempt the next day. In the email sent to you by DHL, you can also agree on a new delivery address or a new delivery date. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, DHL will inform both, you and Elettronew, that the package will be sent to the courier office closest to your home. Once the package is in stock, you will have 5 days to arrange a new delivery with our customer service, otherwise your order will be returned to the sender, therefore in the Elettronew warehouse.

        

What happens if I am not at home when GLS delivers an order?

If you are absent upon delivery of GLS, the latter will automatically attempt a second delivery to your delivery address. If the second delivery is also unsuccessful, your package will be sent to the courier office closest to your home and you will be notified of the two failed delivery attempts. Once the package is in stock, you will have 5 days to arrange a new delivery with our customer service, otherwise your order will be returned to the sender, therefore in the Elettronew warehouse.

        

What happens if I am not at home when Economy Courier delivers an order?

If you are absent upon delivery of the Spring courier, the latter will notify you of the non-delivery, to arrange a second delivery attempt at your home. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, your package will be immediately sent to the sender, therefore in the Elettronew warehouse.

        

Can I get a delivery on a public holiday?

Couriers can not deliver on public holidays and weekends. In the event that you place the order over the weekend, the processing and shipment of the same will take place on the first following working day.
