How can I make a return?
To make a return you have 14 days from the day of delivery of your order, without specifying the reason for returning the goods. Each item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories in perfect condition.
This page specifies the procedure for requesting and making a return. To find out more about our return conditions, please read the "Right of withdrawal" section on our Conditions of Sale page.

What happens once my return request has been accepted?
Once your return request has been accepted, you will be contacted at the email address indicated with the following information:
- 1. Shipping address to which the goods should be sent
- 2. Return authorisation code, also called RDA, to be affixed inside and outside the package, taking care not to affix it on the original product box
N.B. For shipping please use traceable shipping services via tracking and signature.
In case you ask for the return for heavy and/ or bulky items Elettronew reserves the right to ask for a photo of the packaging of the goods to be returned.
Once you have received the return authorisation code, you will have 30 days to deliver your goods to the indicated shipping address.
The time for issuing the voucher or refund is 2 to 5 working days from the moment your order is received at our offices.
What is the agreed courier service?
If you have any doubts about how to send your return, you can take advantage of Elettronew's agreed courier service. By choosing this service, you will entrust your collection to one of our agreed courier, after accepting a quote that will be sent to you based on the weight and pick-up location of your order.
N.B. Payment of the agreed courier can be made by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer and the cost cannot be deducted from the return refund.
