  • Which are the payment methods on Elettronew?

These are the accepted payment methods: Credit Card - Bank Transfer - PayPal - Sofort by Klarna (available only in Italy, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Spain) - MyBank (available only in Italy) - Giropay (available only in Germany) - EPS (available only in Austria) - IDeal (available only in Netherlands) - Carte Bancaire (available only in France). Shipping informations

      • What are the shipping times for orders on Elettronew?

Elettronew guarantees delivery of orders with shipment to Europe within 3-6 business days. In case of shipments to Italy, the delivery time is within 48 hours.


      • What are shipping costs on your website?

To find out the shipping costs of your order, simply enter your city and zip code on the "Order Confirmation" page. These costs vary depending on the depending on the city of destination and the volumetric weight of the goods.

Elettronew is a platform intended for the sale of articles in the catalogue and offers first-level technical assistance to its customers, not advice.   • Is possible to ask informations about the availability of a product?

Billing informations

  • I am a private individual, can I ask an invoice for my purchases on Elettronew?
You will receive the invoice for your purchases on Elettronew in PDF format by Email. For purchases in Italy, you receive a courtesy invoice by email, which has no fiscal value. Within 5 business days you will receive the electronic invoice with fiscal value directly in your tax drawer at the tax office. If you provide a PEC you will also receive a copy of the electronic invoice via PEC.



  • Can my company ask invoices for the orders?

Companies can ask invoices entering VAT number. Italian companies have to check the following guidelines:

You will receive your invoice by email, in PDF. Italian companies will receive by email a courtesy invoice. Within 5 business days the e-invoice will be delivered to Tax agency.



  • Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive the required invoice for your order as an attachmente by email within 72 working hours after the confirmation of our order.



  • I have not requested an invoice for my order, is it possible to receive it later?

You can only receive an invoice for an order when confirming the order, not afterwards.



  • Can I receive an invoice for my old order?
It is possible for customers to request a re-send of the invoice for your order, if it was placed within 30 days of the re-send request.


  • Can I enter a different delivery address than the billing address?

Of course you can, delivery address and billing address can be different.

Returns and refunds

  • Within how many days can I ask for a return on Elettronew?
Making a return on Elettronew is possible within 14 calendar days after delivery of the order.



  • What are the steps to make a return?

To request a full or partial return, please fill in the return form on our "Return Instructions" page.


  • If I return an order, how do I get the refund?

A customer who makes a return can be refunded either by a discount voucher to be spent on Elettronew, or by the same payment method chosen for the purchase.



  • If I make a return, will I pay shipping costs? 

It depends on the reason of your return. In case of spontaneous withdrawal the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. If in the order there is a damaged product, Elettronew will pay return shipping costs.
