  • How do I create an account on Elettronew?

To sign up for Elettronew you must enter your details in the Create an Account section.
In the case of a purchase, your account will be created automatically once the process has been completed, so that you can follow all the steps of the shipment.


  • Are my personal data safe once I have registered?

The security of customer data has always been a priority. Elettronew's server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which allows secure communication from source to recipient (end-to-end).


  • I forgot my password, how do I recover my data?

In case you have lost your password and wish to recover it, simply click on ‘Forgot your password?’ during Login and you will receive an email to reset it. Remember to also check in ‘Spam Mail’.

In each product sheet there is an entry indicating the number of pcs. available in stock in real time. In the event that the availability shown is insufficient or the specific product is not available, Elettronew can order the goods directly from the manufacturer on request.

No, there is no technical advice on product installation. However, Elettronew also has a YouTube channel with videos about product installation. If the video you are looking for is not available, please contact us and we will do our best to produce specific content.

Invoicing

  • I purchase as a private, may I request an invoice for my purchases on Elettronew?

For purchases as a private, an invoice can be requested at the checkout. Only in Italy is it necessary to provide your Tax code to receive an invoice after the order has been dispatched.


  • I purchase as a company, can I request an invoice for my purchases on Elettronew?

All companies can request an invoice by providing their VAT number.

  • How do I receive an invoice for my orders on Elettronew?

The invoice for your orders on Elettronew is saved as a PDF in the customer area under ‘Order history and details’ in the ‘Invoice’ column.


  • I cannot find the invoice for my order, where can I find it?

The invoice for your order is always available in your private area under ‘Order history and details’.


I have not requested an invoice for one of my orders, is it possible to receive it later?

You can only request an invoice for an order at the checkout, not afterwards.
If it was requested and already issued upon order confirmation, you can contact Elettronew support to request a copy.


  • Can I enter a delivery address different from the billing address?

The billing address may be different from the shipping address.

Returns and refund

  • How long do I have to return my items on Elettronew?

You can make a return on Elettronew within 14 calendar days after delivery of your order.


  • What is the procedure for making a return?

To request a total or partial return, please fill in the form on the Return Instructions page or send an email to support@elettronew.com.


  • If I return an order, how do I get the refund?

A customer making a return can be reimbursed either with a discount voucher to be spent on Elettronew, or with the same payment method chosen for the purchase. For payments made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, we need your bank details for the refund.


  • If I make a return, will I pay shipping costs?

Shipping costs for returned goods are paid by the customer in the case of withdrawal.
