Giacomini modular manifold for sanitary systems M/F 1 inch x 16
The R585C manifold is made with a pressed brass body, ensuring structural strength and reduced internal roughness, achieved through precision machining by chip removal.
The connection sections are designed to provide maximum water passage, thus improving the efficiency of the system. The shut-off tap is sealed by an EPDM gasket, which provides an excellent hydraulic seal.
The shut-off valve, made in two pieces, allows for compact installation, preventing the operating handwheels from interfering with the containment box door.
Simple Installation and Assembly
Modular manifolds are supplied disassembled and can be assembled by hand until perfectly aligned. For optimal hydraulic sealing, hemp or PTFE should be used on the male threads before screwing the modules together. Once secured, the manifolds should not be unscrewed to avoid water leakage.
For mounting in the R599 cassette, R598K sliding brackets are used, which allow placement on horizontal rails without constraints. In addition, the cassette is designed with wide openings for installation of manifolds with different center distances.
The hatch is opened without tools, allowing for quick interventions, while closing is ensured by solid joints on the frame.
