The Comelit Color Up IP 8MP IB08N2ZA bullet camera from the Next series is designed for video surveillance systems where a unique camera capable of adapting to different scenes is needed. The difference compared to models with a fixed lens is the motorized 2.8-12 mm lens, which allows precise framing: wide-angle to cover large areas (entrances, courtyards, external corridors) or zoom to focus on gates, gates, loading-unloading areas, and sensitive points. This makes installation more flexible and often reduces the number of cameras needed to cover the same area.
IB08N2ZA integrates the ColorUp function, based on White LED with a range of up to 30 meters, to obtain more useful color night shots for identification. In parallel, the Dual Light technology combines IR and white light: depending on the scene and events, the camera can optimize vision by switching between infrared and visible lighting. The presence of Smart IR (IR range up to 30 m) helps avoid overexposure of nearby subjects and maintain more uniform lighting, especially on entrances and close passages.
To reduce false alarms and make notifications more useful, the camera offers advanced video analysis functions, with distinction between people and vehicles where applicable:

These functions are ideal for perimeter security, restricted areas, company entrances, and contexts where it is important to distinguish a real passage from irrelevant movements.
The WDR 120 dB helps in the most critical contrast situations (headlights, backlight, windows, deep shadows) improving image readability. For storage, support for H.265+ / H.265 / H.264+ / H.264 / MJPEG allows optimizing bandwidth and disk space while maintaining good detail. The micro SD slot up to 256 GB allows local recording as a backup or as a simple solution for small systems.
The IB08N2ZA includes an integrated microphone and 1 audio input, useful for enriching event verification. The die-cast aluminum waterproof IP67 enclosure makes it suitable for outdoor installations. Power can be supplied via 12VDC or PoE IEEE802.3af, reducing wiring and installation times. ONVIF compatibility facilitates integration with NVR and third-party systems. Browser management is supported on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, useful in multi-platform contexts.
For neat mounting and proper connection management, accessories such as JBA-01A, JBA-BA, CMA-BA, WMA-BA, PMA-A, AMA-A are compatible, ideal for junction boxes and dedicated mountings.
