It consists of: supply and return manifolds, 2 manual vents and 2 loading/unloading taps. The manifold is equipped with height-adjustable anti-vibration brackets with special geometry that allows misalignment between supply and return manifolds facilitating self-adhesive passage.

 

The supply manifold is equipped with flow meters. The return manifold is equipped with pre-calibrated valves, with cap for manual control, arranged for installation of electrothermal heads.

 

The inlet and outlet connections are 1 female while the branches are 3/4" male eurocone and have 50 mm spacing. The manifold is supplied with a pair of self-adhesive thermometers.

The flow meter is equipped with a key for flow adjustment. For proper setting of the system, turn the key counterclockwise to the maximum flow rate, when the indicator reads 3 l/min.

 

To close the meter, turn the key clockwise to the minimum flow rate, when the indicator reads 0 l/min. To avoid possible damage to the manifold, it is recommended to use only the keys provided. Do not use any other tools to adjust the flow meters.
