ASC compliant distribution board for construction sites and harsh environments

The Fanton Polifemo MIDI ASC switchboard is a professional solution designed to meet electrical distribution needs in construction sites, industrial environments and mobile situations. Compliant with CEI EN 61439-1 and 61439-4 standards, it is classified as an ASC (Construction Site Series Built Equipment) switchboard and guarantees reliability, durability and maximum safety of use.

Robust and outdoor-resistant structure

High-strength, UV-stabilized thermoplastic material construction ensures durability even in harsh environmental conditions. IP55 rating protects against dust and splash water, while heat resistance (self-extinguishing glow-wire test 650°C) makes it suitable for the specific demands of construction sites.

Its compact size makes it easy to place even in tight spaces, and its built-in handles make it easy to carry. It can be installed on the wall using brackets (included) or on the floor with the galvanized bracket (accessory).

Fully equipped with outlets and guards

The switchboard is wired and ready to use, equipped with 6 IP67 interlocked outlets, protected against dust and water jets:

  • 3 x 2P+E 16A 200-250V 6h

  • 2 x 3P+E 16A 380-415V 6h

  • 1 x 3P+N+E 32A 380-415V 6h

Each receptacle is interlocked, ensuring totally safe insertion and removal.

Integrated protections for maximum safety

The panel includes general and dedicated protections for individual outlets:

  • 1 circuit breaker 4P 32A curve C

  • 1 differential circuit breaker 4P 40A 30mA AC type

  • 1 thermomagnetic circuit breaker 2P 16A curve C (for single-phase outlets)

  • 1 thermomagnetic circuit breaker 3P 16A curve C (for three-phase outlets)

There is also an emergency push-button, for quick power interruption in case of anomalies.

Flexibility and ease of use

The switchboard is supplied with internal terminal block (25 sq mm section) for direct connection to the power line, ideal for supporting even high power loads (up to 18 kW). The open bottom allows cables to exit even with plugs inserted, and access can be blocked by lock even during use.

Up to 17 DIN modules can be housed inside the semi-transparent doors, protected and accessible only by authorized personnel.
