Access control Urmet kit B&Free is the access control system for B&B, agritourisms, hostels and vacation homes, which allows you to manage reservations via App and guests to enter independently (self check-in) in the accommodation facility.
The system allows is completely managed by the APP B&Free which is compatible with both Android and IOS. From the APP it is possible to manage reservations for the accommodation facility in total autonomy, moreover, it is possible to check in real time what is happening in the facility.
B&Free manages 4 different profiles that can be activated monthly in complete freedom.

B&Free is the access control system for B&B, agritourisms, hostels and vacation homes, which allows to manage reservations via app and for guests to enter independently in the accommodation facility (self check-in). Allows you to control and manage remotely both access and utilities of the structure, through app provides real-time notifications of what happens in the structure (access made, guest presence, activation energy accommodation, interruption and restoration of electricity).
THE KIT INCLUDES:
- 12-key backlit keyboard with black soft-touch effect, equipped with a proximity reader Rfi d Mifare 13.56 MHz that allows you to store up to 500 user codes (guests and service personnel)
- Central unit with integrated antenna, has 3 outputs that can be used for the opening of the door of the accommodation, for the opening of the condominium door and for the management of the energy of the room and 2 inputs to which you can connect the magnetic contact to manage the information on the status of the door (open / closed), windows or alternatively two generic alarms
- DIN rail power supply

- Plugs, screws and gaskets for mounting.
The IP55 degree of protection of the keyboard makes it suitable for installation in protected outdoor areas.
In order to use B&Free you need:
- GSM/GPRS COVERAGE: In the place where it will be installed there must be GSM/GPRS (2G) coverage with any connectivity operator: traffic and data are included in the usage plans. The antenna of the central unit is removable, so you can unscrew it, mount it in an area of the structure more served and connect it to the central unit; use low-loss coaxial cable, impedance 50 Ohm, assembled with SMA connectors (male and female or antenna), maximum distance 10 meters.
- 2. DOOR ELECTRICATION: Each door that you want to control with B&Free must be equipped with an electric lock or electric strike (12-24 Vdc or Vac).
- SMARTPHONE: The owner or manager (host) must have an Android or iOS smartphone in order to use the B&Free app.
