The Fischer FRS collar is designed for the secure mounting of pipes in systems where mechanical reliability, quick installation, and compatibility with different bracketing systems are required. The double screw structure allows for uniform clamping adjustment to the outer diameter of the pipe, improving stability and reducing the risk of play or vibrations over time.
Thanks to the connection nut with combined M8/M10 threading, the installer can choose the most convenient solution on site: threaded rods or double-threaded screws, optimizing time and components.
The SBR/EPDM insert is designed to improve acoustic comfort (reference DIN 4109) by reducing vibration transmission. Additionally, it creates a barrier between the pipe and collar, limiting contact corrosion, especially useful in systems where humidity and condensation can accelerate surface deterioration.
The R120 fire resistance classification makes this collar suitable for installations with fire protection requirements, where it is essential to ensure the functional integrity of the fastening even in critical conditions. An important plus in technical environments, plant rooms, and industrial structures.
The presence of two screws allows for stable closure and easier adjustment; the protection against screw loss helps to work neatly on site, reducing the risk of loss during assembly. The M6 locking screw completes the system for secure clamping.
