Humidity control is of the smart plus type, such that when the set threshold is exceeded, the appliance gradually increases the speed of operation in push-pull mode in proportion to the humidity detected. A persistent high concentration of moisture, switches the appliance to forced expulsion only until the moisture is dispersed.

Principle of operation:

• REC Duo 100 is based on the so-called push pull, or alternating flow, operating principle. It is equipped with a ceramic accumulator-type heat exchanger that stores the heat of the extracted air in the extraction cycle (pull) and then releases it to the injected air during the input cycle (push)
• VMC systems effectively help prevent the formation of mold on walls when this is caused by insufficient natural ventilation
  
  

Using the remote control supplied with the REC Duo 100 PLUS RC model, you can adjust the speed and activate the following operating modes:

• 0 - On/off
• Push-pull operation mode 24 h operation, at the set speed. Automatic setting: alternating flow operation
• Speed 1 Low speed setting
• Speed 2 High speed setting
• 4 Timed Boost Speed (maximum speed) with timer (extraction only).
• Night function Freezes the operation mode for 8 hours at the set minimum speed for maximum acoustic comfort. To exit the mode before the 8 hours are up, press any key (except 0)
• Flow control The units operate either all-extract or all-input. Pressing once: eject mode. Pressing a second time: input mode.
• Free-cooling mode: air exchange without heat recovery No flow reversal. Pressing once: flow reversal stops, with the direction of rotation active at that time. Pressing a second time: all units, reverse flow and maintain the direction of rotation so set
