The 1168/48 ILA and speech synthesis module is a device for 1168 modular pushbutton panel that allows hearing-impaired users to hear the audio of the door station and know the status of the system by means of acoustic signals. In order for the user to interface with the call module, he or she must bring the hearing aid (with T function) closer to the front of the device (max. 20 cm), at the tag.
The connection between the modules is made using the supplied 3-wire audio cable. The ILA and speech synthesis module 1168/48 should not be placed beyond the second row of modules.
