Maxa Advantix heat pump water heater: Small size and thoughtful aesthetics
Calido 110 is a heat pump water heater with air source for wall or floor application. Perfect for replacing electric water heaters on existing systems, thanks in part to the hot water temperature set, timer and vacation setting, and anti-legionella functions, which can also be managed by Wi-Fi connection or App. Built-in electric heating element allows water to be heated from 62°C to 75°C. Excellent yields even with outdoor temperatures ranging from -5°C to +43°C thanks in part to the electronic expansion valve, which improves performance and makes it eligible for the heat bill.
Energy efficiency and savings
Thanks to the heat pump and R134a refrigerant, the Calido 110 can achieve 34 times higher performance than conventional electric systems, with typical COP of about 3.01 (air+20°C)
Robust and reliable construction
Vitrified tank from steel with anodes and external condenser reduce corrosion and scale. The electrical resistance is protected by an 85°C thermostat to ensure safety and longevity.
Flexible installation
Suitable for both wall (bracket included) and floor mounting. LCD display allows easy selection of operating modes and supports integration with photovoltaic systems via external contact.
Energy class A
Energy saving was considered as a fundamental aspect in the study and design phase of the units. The low power consumption combined with the high efficiency of the compressor-exchanger pair and the use of environmentally friendly refrigerant gas ensure that the units belong to energy class A.
Domestic hot water
The installation of an additional exchanger operating as a condenser in parallel with the air-cooled condensing coil allows the production of domestic hot water regardless of the operating mode of the unit.
