Ajax Curtain Outdoor Mini: Advanced Perimeter Security in Confined Spaces
The Ajax Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller detector is designed for effective protection of access points such as windows, doors, corridors, and narrow passages. Thanks to curtain technology and its compact size, it is the ideal solution where the installation of magnetic contacts or volumetric sensors is not possible, such as on fixtures of historic buildings or in limited outdoor areas.
Dual Detection to Eliminate False Alarms
The device uses a PIR sensor that detects temperature changes, integrated with a K-band microwave sensor that verifies presence before sending an alarm. This dual control minimizes false positives due to thermal interference or insignificant small movements. The K-band, compared to the traditional X-band, offers greater energy efficiency and detection accuracy.
Pet Mode and SmartDetect Filter
The detector includes two modes:
- Main, to detect any movement
- Pet immunity, which ignores movements of animals up to 100 cm in height
The SmartDetect system analyzes the collected data in real-time (size, heat intensity, speed, time in the zone) to ensure intelligent and accurate detection. Temperature compensation maintains accuracy even when the ambient temperature approaches body temperature.
Simple Installation and Remote Management
Ajax Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller can be mounted vertically, horizontally, or at an angle, offering maximum flexibility. The installation is wireless, and configuration can be easily done via the Ajax app, with the possibility to select 3 sensitivity levels based on the environment and application.
Guaranteed Autonomy and Reliability
The device operates with two pre-installed batteries that ensure up to 3 years of autonomy. The system sends timely notifications in case of low battery, allowing proactive management without interruptions in operation. Each battery is tested before delivery to ensure quality.
