Triple technology curtaindetector for indoor and outdoor environments. The thin body allows its use between shutter or blind, or outdoors (above a door or window) with the help of the bracket 1778SBI. The detector is composed of two double PIR infrared sensors and one 24 GHz microwave; the anti-masking (sensitivity selectable via DIP-switch) has been designed using active IR sensors which, through Fresnel lenses, have the ability to detect obstacles deliberately placed on the lens to prevent detection (spray, tape, paper, etc.). The three sensors, managed by a microcontroller, can be combined in different operating modes (triple AND, AND of the MW to each PIR, MW excluded and Double AND of the PIR, triple OR). An innovative detection system with a three-axis accelerometer has been developed to prevent opening and tearing. Particular attention has been paid to the mechanics; a sealing gasket makes the compartment in which the printed circuit is housed waterproof and an extractable terminal facilitates wiring operations.
