The DAB EVOSTA3 80/180 DN25 is an electronic wet rotor circulator designed for water circulation in domestic and residential heating and air conditioning systems. Thanks to the permanent magnet synchronous motor and integrated inverter system, it automatically adjusts performance according to the system's demand, ensuring energy savings and quiet operation.
It is ideal for replacing traditional pumps, improving system performance and reducing operating costs.
Efficiency and savings with integrated inverter
The electronic system with automatic speed control adapts the circulator's operation to the actual needs of the system.
This allows to:
- Reduce consumption by up to 50% compared to fixed-speed models;
- Prevent water hammer and overloads;

EVOSTA3 is the first circulator with IPX5 protection rating, resistant to water splashes and humidity, perfect even for installations in challenging environments.
Digital control and ease of use
The front control panel allows easy management of all settings through a single MODE button.
It features nine operating modes:
- 3 with proportional pressure,
- 3 with constant pressure,
- 3 with constant curve.
The integrated digital display shows in real-time:
- height of the selected curve (in meters),
- instantaneous head and flow rate,
- power consumption in Watts.
The new interchangeable universal electrical plug allows replacement with other models without modifying electrical connections.

DAB EVOSTA3 includes automatic and mechanical functions that minimize maintenance:
- Anti-blocking function, which prevents rotor stoppage after long periods of inactivity;
- Anti-scale cartridge, which keeps the motor shaft clean and efficient;
- Automatic degassing system, to eliminate air bubbles and optimize flow rate;
- Manual motor shaft release, useful in case of old systems or with impurities.

Pump body: cast iron with cataphoresis treatment for corrosion resistance;
