DAB EVOSTA 3: the intelligent circulator that adapts to the system

The DAB EVOSTA3 80/130 is designed for water recirculation in heating and cooling systems in domestic and residential settings. Thanks to the permanent magnet synchronous motor and inverter electronics, the circulator automatically adjusts performance based on the actual demands of the system. This means greater efficiency, less waste, and more stable circulation, with the added advantage of improved protection against water hammer.


130 mm centre distance and DN25: ideal size for compact systems

With a 130 mm centre distance and DN25 threaded ports (G 1” 1/2), EVOSTA3 is perfect when space in the boiler room or technical compartment is limited, or when replacing an existing circulator with compact dimensions. The maximum operating pressure of 10 bar makes it suitable for most properly sized residential systems.


Nine ready-to-use modes: simple and immediate configuration

EVOSTA 3 is designed for quick configuration: a sequential button allows you to scroll through nine operating modes:

  • 3 with proportional pressure (ideal for systems with thermostatic valves)
  • 3 with constant pressure (useful in more linear circuits)
  • 3 with constant curve (for specific needs or “stable” settings)


Settings are displayed via light segments on the display, making selection intuitive even during startup.

Advanced display: immediate controls on consumption and performance

The integrated display allows clear monitoring of the main operating parameters:

  • selected curve height (m)
  • instantaneous absorption (W)
  • instantaneous head (m)
  • instantaneous flow rate (m³/h)


This helps both the installer and the advanced user to immediately verify if the system is working correctly and with consistent consumption.


IPX5 and anti-blocking protections: reliability over time


EVOSTA 3 is indicated as the first circulator with IPX5 protection rating, an important plus in technical rooms where there may be humidity or splashes. It also integrates practical functions for startup and maintenance:

  • vent plug
  • automatic degassing
  • manual motor shaft release
  • anti-blocking system
  • anti-limescale cartridge included to preserve the motor shaft and reduce problems related to limescale/air bubbles during first installation


Thanks to the internal motor protection, the pump does not require external overload protection.


Solid construction: materials designed for thermal systems

The pump body is made of cast iron with cataphoresis treatment, with insulation shells included to reduce thermal dispersion. Impeller in technopolymer, ceramic shaft on ceramic bushings, stainless steel sleeves and flange, EPDM seals, and brass vent plug: a combination aimed at durability and reliability in air conditioning circuits.
