Construction characteristics
One-piece circulation pump formed by cast iron hydraulic part and wet rotor synchronous electric motor. Aluminum motor case. Spiral pump body with high hydraulic efficiency due to particularly accurate design and polished internal surfaces. In-line suction and discharge ports. Equipped as standard with insulation shells to prevent heat loss and/or condensation on the pump body. The circulator connects to the power supply line by means of a handy connector with its plug supplied as standard, making operation quick and easy. Technopolymer impeller, alumina motor shaft mounted on graphite bushings lubricated by the pumped liquid itself. Stainless steel rotor shroud. Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene seal rings, and composite stator sleeve with carbon fiber. Synchronous type motor with permanent magnet rotor.
APPLICATIONS IN HEATING
The heating required in different applications varies greatly during the day/night due to the outdoor temperature and the more or less constant presence of people inside the premises. To the above must be added the different needs of various rooms and the possible opening or closing of various branches in complex systems. Electronically regulated wet rotor pumps ensure at all times, almost in all correctly sized systems, a sufficient amount of energy and at the same time greater quietness/comfort and a significant reduction in operating costs.
APPLICATIONS IN AIR CONDITIONING
Unlike conventional electronic pumps, EVOPLUS electronic circulation pumps can also be used in air conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than the ambient temperature. Under these conditions on the outer surface of the circulator condensation occurs, which does not affect the proper functioning of both the electronic and mechanical parts. In fact, the particular construction is designed and sized to allow condensate drainage without damage to the construction components.
