Stainless steel submersible centrifugal pump with microcast steel Vortex impeller, suitable for lifting sewage and general wastewater containing solids up to 50 mm in size.


 

 

Pump features:

  • Pump body, seal holder cover, motor case, cap with handle made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Impeller made of microcast steel. Handle coated with insulating rubber. Motor shaft made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Double mechanical seal with interposed oil chamber (non-toxic oil), made of carbon/alumina on motor side and silicon carbide/silicon carbide on pump side.




     

Motor specifications:

  • Dry motor, asynchronous type, sealed, cooled by the pumped liquid. Rotor mounted on ball bearings greased for life, oversized and selected to ensure quiet operation and durability. Thermo-amperometric protection as standard for the single-phase version, by the user for the three-phase version. Permanently inserted capacitor in the single-phase version. Continuous duty with liquid at 35 °C and pump totally submerged. Single-phase versions can be supplied with float switch for automatic operation. Power cable: 10 meters H07RN-F, with plug for single-phase version. Number of poles: 2 Max starts/hour: 20.
