The spread of manifold distributions in civil systems, both for heating and sanitary distribution systems, brings considerable advantages for the end user and the installer in the ordinary management of the systems and their maintenance. During the installation phase, however, some problems may arise in the choice of the built-in box, depending on the type of installation to be carried out and/or the type of manifold.
The R595 boxes allow the installer to immediately evaluate the versatility and practicality in the laying and installation phase, saving precious time. Moreover, thanks to the use of special quick coupling supports, series R598 (to be purchased separately), they allow the installation of the different types of Giacomini manifolds.
Given the 90 mm depth, the location of the box shall be properly evaluated, preferring walls whose final thickness (including plaster and possible tiling) is not less than 10 cm. In order to make it easier to lay the distribution pipes for the utilities (and to guarantee that the pipes can be pulled out if pull-out systems are created), it is advisable to wall up the box so that the height between the floor (once finished) and the lower limit of the box is not less than 25 cm.
