F21NOR Series Y-filters are impurity collectors: they contain a stainless steel mesh basket that collects whatever is being filtered. It is always a good idea to equip civil and industrial heating and air conditioning systems with filters in order to prevent sand and other coarse impurities such as welding beads, metal shavings, gasket residues, present in the fluid, from creating obstruction or damaging equipment installed downstream such as sanitary faucets water treatment equipment, disconnectors, pressure reducers.

  • Maximum operating temperature -10÷120°C
  • Body threaded connections DN 1/2÷4 brass CW617N
  • AISI 304 stainless steel filter meshes

     

Operation: The fluid is forced to pass through the filter cartridge from the inside to the outside, and during this passage all impurities suspended in the fluid are retained inside the basket. In the case of saturation of the same, the collected impurities no longer allow the fluid to pass through, and the special construction with reinforced support does not allow the filter to break with the consequent release of impurities to the system.
