PhOD photo-verification: immediate peace of mind, even on request

The real difference is the integrated photo-verification. The device captures HDR images and combines them into GIF or MP4 to show the event's progression. It can take the photo at the time of the alarm, but also on user request via the Ajax app, useful for quick checks without having to disarm the system. The verification speed is a strong point: first photo in less than 9 seconds and up to 5 photos per series, with resolution up to 640×480 px. IR illumination makes photo-verification effective even at night or in low-light conditions.


Dual PIR + microwave technology: fewer false alarms, more certainty

CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount combines 2 PIRs and a K-band microwave sensor (24 GHz). The PIRs analyze the variation in thermal radiation, while the microwave adds information on direction and speed of movement, regardless of temperature. The pre-alarm logic prepares the camera when an object enters the wide zone; if the object then crosses the narrow PIR zone, the alarm and photo are triggered at the most useful moment: that of the actual intrusion.


Professional installation 24 m: controlled coverage and precise adjustment

The detector is designed for outdoor installations at a height of 24 m, with a bracket that allows accurate orientation. The main detection angle is very selective (7° horizontal), perfect for avoiding overly wide cuts and protecting specific passages. The sensitivity configuration (3 levels) allows adapting the behavior to the context: areas with potential disturbances, open spaces, or mandatory paths. The device operates in a wide climatic range (?25 °C / +60 °C) and can be further protected with a hood to support the anti-masking system in case of rain/snow.
