The Ajax HUB 2 PLUS Jeweller wireless control unit in black is the heart of the Ajax security system, designed to offer maximum protection and reliability with support for photo-verification of alarms. This device ensures stable connection and fast communication, supporting Wi-Fi, Ethernet and two SIM cards (2G/3G/LTE) for secure data transmission.
Compatible with up to 200 wireless Ajax devices, it enables integration of IP cameras and DVRs (up to 100 devices), as well as supporting advanced automation scenarios and managing up to 200 users.

Jeweller and Wings radio protocol
- Jeweller: We developed the Jeweller radio protocol to ensure uninterrupted operation of all devices within the security system. Jeweller provides two-way communication between the hub and detectors up to 2,000 meters away. It also allows Ajax devices to be remotely controlled and alarm signals to be communicated in less than 0.15 seconds. Jeweller uses time intervals to synchronize communication with connected devices, authentication to eliminate forgery, and encryption to protect against data leakage. It is also an energy-efficient radio protocol, allowing detectors to operate for years with pre-installed batteries;
- Wings: Wings is an innovative radio protocol developed for rapid transmission of visual data over long distances. It uses a dedicated Hub 2 Plus antenna to improve channel reliability. Built-in packet control and re-upload algorithms enable Wings to deliver photos up to 1,700 meters away, even if the signal level is unstable. With Wings, operators and CRA users can see the first snapshot of the situation in as little as 9 seconds after a motion alert.

Automated security
Hub 2 Plus supports 64 scenarios that minimize human impact on the security of a location. It can automatically turn on and off the entire security system or certain areas as set. In addition, it can instantly activate an intrusion smoke-producing machine, disconnect the power supply and turn on emergency lights in case of fire, or shut off the water in case of a leak. Using automation devices, Hub 2 Plus can control lights, electric locks and shutters. Scenarios can be triggered in response to security mode changes, alarm activation, or button commands.
Protection of large rooms with complex internal organization
Shopping centers, factories, and multi-story villas with outbuildings - Hub 2 Plus is ready to secure even the most complex properties. The new hub controls up to 200 devices. Its radio signal range can reach up to 2,000 meters, while the maximum radio network coverage can reach 35 km2. Hub 2 Plus can manage 25 security areas with a total number of 200 users. This enables security personnel to divide large premises into zones and clearly organize personnel access.
Resistant to sabotage attempts
Whatever happens to Hub 2 Plus, the alarm monitoring company and users will be notified about it. A tamper alarm is triggered when intruders attempt to disassemble the device. If the Ajax Cloud server loses connection to a hub, it will send a notification in as little as 60 seconds, thanks to short ping intervals. Even during a power outage, Hub 2 Plus will continue to protect the premises for up to 15 hours, powered by a built-in battery backup.
