Ajax Hub 2 Control unit with support for photo-verification of alarms
Hub 2 monitors the operation of all Ajax devices to alert users of open doors, broken windows, fire threats, and flooding. If burglars break into the house, Hub 2 transmits images from MotionCam detectors and alerts Security 1 of the danger. You will not have to live under the constant supervision of security cameras to know what is going on.
Alarm with photo-verification in 9 seconds
Hub 2 works with MotionCam and MotionCam Outdoor motion detectors. When triggered, they take a series of photos and allow you to assess a situation on the facility. Visual verification saves users from worries and security institutions from unnecessary patrol mobilization.
- Motion detected
- Alarm triggered
- Evidence sent
Connection and control via App
Communication with the outside world is crucial for the security system control panel. Its reliability and stability ensures that the alarm is sent to the security institution and users in a timely manner.
Hub 2 can be simultaneously connected to three Internet service providers: via Ethernet cable and 2G, 3G, and LTE 3 cellular networks. Automatic switching between channels occurs in seconds.
Apps allow admin users to manage facility security, change settings of the hub and devices connected to it, create scenarios, and monitor events. From smartphones or PCs. On-site or remotely.
Automated security
Hub 2 allows 32 scenarios to be created and minimize the impact of the human factor on security. The hub can engage or disengage a system or group on programming. Immediately activate a smoke machine if someone enters the building. Shut off the power in the building and turn on emergency lights in case of fire. Or turn off the water in case of flooding. Check lights, electric locks, shutters, and garage doors for on/off by pressing a button or when detecting an alarm.
- Flood prevention system
- Automatic doors and shutters
- Site lighting activated by alarm
Hub 2 Ajax central unit anti-sabotage
Whatever happens to Hub 2, the security institution and users will be informed. No one can disconnect the hub by going unnoticed, even when the system is disarmed. If an intruder attempts to disassemble the device, it will immediately trigger the tamper. The Ajax Cloud server can send notifications about loss of connection to the hub within 60 seconds due to frequent polling. Even if the building runs out of power, the hub protects the facility for up to 16 hours thanks to the included battery backup.
- 12 s device polling
- Detection of loss of connection with the hub in 60 s
- 16 hours of autonomy with backup batteries
