The PKD bootlace ferrule is designed to ensure a reliable and durable connection of multi-terminal flexible cables with screw terminals or terminal blocks. Made of electrolytic copper of more than 99.95 percent purity, the tube undergoes a process of annealing and electrolytic tinning, which improves its malleability and resistance to mechanical stress. This results in easier and safer crimping, even in high-load applications.
PA6 insulation with easy entry
The pre-insulated polyamide (PA6) jacket performs a dual function:
