Automatic light management with the LuxoSwitch twilight switch
The Legrand LuxoSwitch twilight switch from the AlphaRex series, is designed to automate the switching on and off of lighting based on ambient brightness. Ideal for outdoor lighting installations or environments where you want to optimize energy consumption, this device detects natural light and turns lights on only when you really need them.
Wide light adjustment threshold: from 1 to 100,000 lux
One of the strengths of this twilight switch is its wide dimming threshold, which allows it to set the activation of lights according to specific environmental conditions: from near-dark situations (1 lux) to full direct sunlight (up to 100,000 lux). This flexibility makes it suitable for a variety of applications, whether residential, industrial or commercial.
Brightness sensor included and quick installation
The device comes complete with a brightness sensor, which detects outdoor light intensity in real time. Installation is quick and easy: the switch occupies only 1 DIN module and is easily mounted inside a standard electrical panel on 35 mm DIN rail, without requiring complex modifications to the system.
16A contact for high loads
The normally open contact (1NO) supports a current rating of 16 amperes, ensuring compatibility with high loads such as incandescent lamps, LEDs, halogens, or public or industrial lighting systems. It is ideal for automatically illuminating driveways, parking lots, gardens, signs, storefronts and common areas.
