Intelligent digital button for addressable fire protection systems
The manual resettable button Urmet 1043/507 is a fire protection device designed for manual alarm signalling on addressable systems of the 500 line. Equipped with an integrated microprocessor, advanced diagnostic and self-learning functions, and a short-circuit isolator, this button ensures maximum reliability even in the most complex systems.
Simple reset and integrated event memory
The button is activated by pressing the central part of the front, which simulates the breaking of the glass by pushing the alarm switch inside. The reset is done by inserting the special key into the provided slot, which allows the original position of the glass to be restored.
One of the distinctive features of the model 1043/507 is the automatic storage of 30 events before and 30 after the alarm, thanks to a non-volatile memory. These data can be viewed on the control panel display in text or graphic format, providing an essential diagnostic tool for alarm analysis.
Bicolour LED for operational status and address identification
The integrated front LED is bicolour and performs various informative functions:
-
Solid red: active alarm
-
Slow flashing red (every 2s): alarm with voltage below 17V
-
Slow flashing green (every 2s): normal operational status
-
Fast flashing green: duplicate address
During service mode, the LED can also be used to display the device address, facilitating verification during installation or maintenance.
Versatile installation with dedicated back box
The button 1043/507 can be installed on the wall using a 503 box or a 60 mm round box, using the Urmet 1043/149 back box. The compact design and support for 20 mm conduits allow for neat wiring even in external or retrofit systems.
Recommended applications
-
Addressable fire protection systems with point identification
-
Indoor installations in residential, public, or industrial environments
-
Systems where event traceability pre/post alarm is required
-
Structures with a need for local diagnostics via LED
