PUMP CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Technopolymer impellers housed in stage housing with stainless steel shim rings. Pump jacket, shaft, coupling with motor, integrated suction strainer and stainless steel cable cover. Suction and delivery supports made of microcast AISI 304 stainless steel. Removable technopolymer built-in check valve or stainless steel plate check valve (see material table). Technopolymer impellers designed to ensure high levels of efficiency in accordance with Directive 2009/125/EC (Eco design - ErP) with MEI index ? 0.4 for the entire range. ACS certified and undergoing WRAS and DM174 certification.

MOTOR CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

Pump housing that can be coupled to 4GG, 4OL motors (4TW and 4GX on request). 4GG is a two-pole asynchronous motor made of AISI 304 stainless steel for parts in contact with water. Cooling and lubrication of thrust bearing assembly and bushings by mixture of water and glycol. Rotor mounted on Kingsbury-type self-centering thrust bearing assembly capable of withstanding high axial loads. The stator is immersed in insulating thermoset resin with high thermal dissipation capacity and encapsulated in a hermetically sealed AISI 304 stainless steel casing. 4OL is a two-pole asynchronous motor made of AISI 304L stainless steel for parts in contact with water. Cooling and lubrication of the ball bearings are provided by a special liquid approved for food use. The rewindable stator is inserted in an AISI 304L stainless steel jacket attached by steel pins to the upper motor support. Equipped with a carbon-ceramic mechanical seal.

 

Both motors have removable cable connector, ACS, WRAS and KTW certified cable, motor suitable for inverter use (30 Hz - 50 Hz). For both motors in the single-phase 50 Hz version, the capacitor and manual reset thermal-amperometric protection are in the switchboard supplied or to be ordered separately depending on the configuration chosen. In the three-phase version, the protection is the responsibility of the user.
