The DAL-COM-21 Communicator enables supervised connection and transmission of alarms, faults, and technical reports to Control Centers with state-of-the-art technology and many additional safety options. The plastic housing and 10-30VDC power supply make installation flexible and easy. DAL-COM-21 has a dual communication connection: the primary one via TCP/IP and the second one in backup and optional, via GPRS/3G/4G, for 100% secure connection. Alarms then, can be sent via the GPRS/3G/4G connection, in conditions of poor IP network signal quality. Alarm notifications via TCP/IP from DALCOM-21 can be received by receiving stationsD-328.1.DC21-ITA A.3 03/2022 equipped with a receiver with SIA DC09 standard.
Strengths:

- DAL-COM-21 is also capable of sending SMS and/or e-mail to up to 10 different accounts and can be programmed to send notifications to up to 10 different Receiving Centers
- Each of the alarm inputs, as well as for internal transmitter error checks, e.g., GPRS/3G-4G, Ethernet errors, etc., can be independently programmed in conjunction with the specific receiver, thus allowing installers to be able to provide separate services for Fire Alarms, Plant Fault Reports, Technical Alarms
- Additional security services available upon request, such as EagleEye APP with images from connected cameras, remote management and alarms directly to cell phones, tablets and PCs

Use with existing telephone dialer:
- DAL-COM-21can be used both as a Communicator and as an IP Converter in already installed alarm systems. In fact, DAL-COM-21 is equipped with dialer capture capabilities, which means it can simulate an analog telephone line and receive alarms from existing telephone dialers compatible with the Contact ID format and convert and send encrypted alarm messages via TCP/IP protocol to the alarm receiving center.
Alarm message transmission takes place in the event of:
- Activation of one of the digital inputs
- Activation by one of the internal error controls (e.g., GPRS/3G/4G)
- Activation by reception from the telephone dialer, if any, in Contact ID format or SIA from the analog PSTN input
- Notification from the Fire detection control panel connected to the serial port of DAL-COM-21 with ESPA 4.4.4 protocol
