3481-20 is a voltage presence detector without electric contact. Touching the insulation of the cable under examination with the detector tip, it is possible to identify the presence of voltage, always operating in the best safety conditions.

This device is useful to ascertain the fed cables, to identify the point of interruption of the line, to distinguish the phase conductor from the neutral one, to identify intervened fuses, etc.

The nominal voltage of use is between 40 and 600Vac (50-60Hz); it is also available a system of test sensitivity adjustment in order to optimize the detection of low value supply voltages, between 40 and 80V.

Compact and lightweight, with the size of a pen, it also integrates an LED pointer to illuminate the object to be tested.
