Overview:
- Cross-linked polyethylene foam adhesive tape for thermal insulation of air conditioning systems. It is reinforced with polyester mesh. Polyethylene foam possesses excellent insulating capabilities as well as high flexibility, plus its fully closed cells provide an effective vapor barrier.
Installation:
- The surface must be previously degreased and dry. We recommend, on the pipes a spiral wrap creating an overlap between 20 and 50 % of the tape, depending on the thickness needed. Remove the protective film as the insulation strip is applied.
