EN54 I/O Module for integrating wired devices into Ajax systems
Ajax EN54 I/O Module (2X2) Jeweller is designed for those who need to connect traditional or specialized equipment to the Ajax fire system: manual call points, magnetic contacts, technical sensors, elevator panels, HVAC, or other wired devices with a clean contact. Thanks to the two configurable inputs, you can transform a wired signal into an event managed by the control panel (CIE), with clear notifications and zone traceability.
2 supervised inputs: total compatibility (NC/NO + multiple EOL)
The module supports various connection types (NC, NO, EOL, 2EOL, 3EOL), allowing you to meet installation requirements and typical line supervision in fire contexts. The management of EOL resistors allows for the detection of conditions such as interruption or short circuit (depending on configuration), reducing uncertainties during testing and maintenance.
2 isolated relay outputs for automation and emergency commands
The two outputs are relays with clean contacts (galvanically isolated) for controlling loads and interfaces: fire door release, access unlocking, emergency light activation, ventilation/damper consent, or auxiliary signaling. Additionally, the Fail-safe mode function can automatically activate connected devices in case of failure, low battery, or communication loss, increasing the resilience of the emergency logic.
Neat installation and simplified maintenance
Designed for indoor installations, the module operates on battery (no external power supply) and communicates via Jeweller with EN54 Fire Hub / Fire ReX, offering quick configuration via the Ajax app and signal strength testing to choose the best placement.
