Magnetic contacts with DC6002I and DC6002I/BR wired inputs control the opening/closing of specific devices (such as a door or window).

The contacts are fixed on the door or window frame, while the actuation magnets are to be fixed on the door or window itself. When the door or window is opened, the magnet moves away from the contact, triggering the internal magnetic switch and triggering the transmission of an alarm signal to the control unit. The device also has the ability to send information regarding anomalies and low battery warning. The contact consists of a cover and a base. The cover contains all the electronic components, while the base is used to install the device. An internal tamper switch provides protection against unauthorized attempts to open or remove the device.

The DC6002I and DC6002I/BR contacts also have wired inputs that can be used to connect an NC (Normally Closed) contact of a wired device or a detector to open a rolling shutter or blind (Elkron MF01 and MF02 Rolling Shutter Wired Contacts are recommended).

It should be noted that the Elkron GD05PL Glass Breakage Detector can be used connected as a wired contact, while the Elkron VSD3 and MMZ01 Seismic Sensors can be connected as shutter opening sensors. For more details on the connections and features of these products, please refer to their manuals.
