The EP BASIC electrical panel represents a professional and complete solution for the automatic management of electric pumps in clear and waste water lifting systems. Designed to facilitate both new installations and the replacement of existing panels, it stands out for its ease of use, simplified programming, and wide configuration flexibility.
Thanks to the predisposition for various types of inputs (floats, pressure switches, level probes, thermal relays), EP BASIC easily adapts to different system contexts, both civil and industrial. It is ideal for lifting systems, wells, septic tanks, and cisterns, offering a wide range of control and protection functionalities.
Simple programming, also via dedicated app, allows for quick configuration of operating logics. EP BASIC is equipped with front buttons for automatic, manual (fixed or momentary), and stand-by operation, ensuring maximum operational flexibility for the installer.
EP BASIC is equipped with an electronic current control system that allows:
Maximum current detection with assisted calibration
Minimum current protection (dry running) with auto-calibration
Phase sequence error detection, deactivatable if necessary
Among the included protections are:
Fuses for motor and auxiliary circuits
Door lock switch (if provided)
Selectable delays for recovery from alarms or voltage return
Auto hold and automatic reset of thermal relays
The automatic anti-seize test function, activatable or deactivatable, performs scheduled unlocking cycles to avoid unwanted pump stops, particularly useful in systems with long inactivity or particularly loaded waters.
A front LED panel signals in real-time the status of the panel and the presence of alarms, such as:
Motor overload
Dry running
Minimum current
Thermal relays
Voltage and levels
There is also an output contact for general alarm, useful for connection with supervision or remote control systems.
