The NEKA self-powered siren of Bentel Security represents a point of reference in the field of detectors, optical-acoustic technology with microprocessor control that guarantees great accuracy of operation.

The presence of 4 different inputs for the individual activation of the audible and visual warning and the possibility to program 2 different sets of sounds greatly extends the field of application of the single siren. And can, for example, handle different sounds for installations that are too close, thereby avoiding confusion to the users, or use different sounds for different types of alarm. Four different alarm inputs, two of which have programmable polarity, ensure the compatibility of NEKA with the totality of the central safety systems.

The siren also offers an effective self-diagnostic function, both of the lamp and of the battery (NEKA and NEKA-F only), whose level and state of efficiency are constantly monitored. Any faults are reported both locally and at the control unit through the appropriate outputs. The siren is also equipped with a safety system so that, if the battery is discharged, the residual energy will be used to emit the sound while the flasher will be turned off (NEKA and NEKA-F only).

In addition to the well-established protections present on all sirens (burglary, removal, cable cutting), the NEKA-F and NEKA-FS models offer additional protection against foam injection, which is particularly effective thanks to the use of dual detection. The robust plastic material used and the tropicalized metal inner protection guarantee virtually unlimited weather resistance.
