The Ajax FireProtect Sounder/VAD EN54 Jeweller 118601 alarm is designed to make the fire alarm immediately noticeable even in challenging contexts: noisy premises, areas with machinery, or spaces where a siren alone might not suffice. The device combines a high-power acoustic alarm and a visual alarm device (VAD) with an LED frame, so the event is communicated both with sound and light, increasing the effectiveness of evacuation procedures.

The siren reaches up to 100 dB at 1 metre, a level designed to be audible even when the environment is not quiet. The ability to choose from 32 tones allows for selecting the most suitable signal for the site's needs and any local requirements. The configuration (including volume) can be done in the Ajax app by a PRO or a user with administrator rights, making commissioning quick and orderly.
LED Frame VAD: regulatory flashing and immediate visibility
The perimeter LED frame creates an intense and easily recognizable light signal. The declared flashing cycle 90 ms ON / 1910 ms OFF (0.5 Hz) is designed to meet visual signaling requirements and provide a clear reference during an emergency.
Wireless Jeweller and synchronization: coordinated alarm, simplified management
In the event of an incident, the acoustic alarm can be automatically synchronized on all devices equipped with sounders connected to the same CIE: a tangible advantage for achieving a uniform signal in different areas of the same building without having to set complex logics. Additionally, an alarm signaling test is available to verify that volume and visibility are adequate in the room before system handover.
Reduced maintenance: 5 years of autonomy and battery replacement without disassembly
