HomeSiren Jeweller is an intelligent indoor device that does more than just notify alarms. It can also serve as a security status indicator, notify when doors are opened, and display entry and exit delays and post-alarm. The device operates independently on preinstalled batteries for up to 5 years and uses the Jeweller wireless radio protocol to communicate with a hub or repeater at a distance1 of up to 2,000 m. Five main goals of the Home Siren Jeweller
Informs of any alarm
The siren scares off intruders and notifies fire detection, flooding, and other alarms. An installer can set the detector that activates the sound and LED indication.
Indicates delays
HomeSiren Jeweller can be set to indicate a delay when entering or leaving. If the function is active, the built-in LED and sound remind the user that the system must be turned off.
Displays a security mode
The siren's LED indicator can light up to indicate that the system is engaged or that the security mode has changed, or remain on at all times to prevent unwanted pursuit. In addition, third-party sound and LED indications can be used.
Notifications when a door is opened
HomeSiren Jeweller can make a special sound to indicate that the opening detector sensors have triggered when the system is disarmed. This is a Doorbell on opening function and is perfect for stores. Employees will be notified immediately of new visitors.
Signal post-alarm
When activated, the siren's LED indicator shows confirmed and unconfirmed alarms and lid openings. An external LED can be installed to monitor the status of the security system.
Ajax Wireless System and Siren Batteries
Baseline devices operate without cables, providing maximum flexibility during installation. Preinstalled CR123A batteries from established manufacturers ensure easy setup, requiring no additional steps to start using the devices. After the batteries are tested in real time at the production stage, Ajax Systems inspects each unit to ensure the accuracy of the battery characteristics. Batteries are easily replaced after about 5 years of autonomous operation. Users and supervisory institutions can always check battery status via Ajax apps and anticipate maintenance through early low battery alerts.
