Ziggiotto Fire riser assembly with 2 Connections, is a professional and certified solution for fire-fighting systems fed by fire engine. With double UNI 70 female connections and fully assembled components, it guarantees maximum efficiency, reliability and compliance with current regulations. It is supplied in a horizontal version with right-to-left flow, ready for installation on a flush-mounted or wall-mounted box, with the following features:

Ziggiotto Fire riser assembly structure and configuration

The configuration of the unit is horizontal, with flow direction from right to left, which is optimal for installation inside wall-mounted or flush-mounted boxes. Each outlet is equipped with an independent tap, allowing each line to be individually activated or isolated.

The main body is made of cast iron GJS200, a material that is resistant to mechanical stress and external agents, ideal for installation in harsh environments.

Safety and certified components

The unit is complete with a brass safety valve, set at 12 bar (1.2 MPa), which protects the system from overpressure. The clapet check valve is inspectable, allowing rapid maintenance work without removing the assembly. Each connection is closed by a UNI 810 threaded plug made of RAL 3000 red polypropylene, which complies with the standard and can be removed with a UNI unified wrench.

There is also a PN16 gate valve equipped with handwheel, opening indicator and provision for padlock (not included), conforming to UNI 11443.

Automatic drainage system

To ensure the complete efficiency of the system and prevent water stagnation, the unit is equipped with an automatic drain, in full compliance with UNI 10779. This system is essential to prevent freezing, stagnation or unplanned pressure drops.
