Giacomini pipe is the perfect choice for underfloor heating and cooling systems. Made of cross-linked polyethylene PEX-b, it features an intermediate anti-oxygen barrier that prevents oxygen from penetrating to the interior, thus safeguarding the metal components of the system and drastically reducing corrosion phenomena.
The hose is designed to last more than 50 years, guaranteeing maximum tightness up to 10 bar pressure for Class 4 and 8 bar for Class 5. It complies with the most stringent ISO and DIN standards for oxygen permeability and thermohydraulic safety. Excellent pressure and temperature resistance allows its continuous use up to 90°C, with peaks up to 100°C in short periods.
The pipe's great flexibility makes it easy to lay even in complex spaces, with a minimum bending radius of 5 times the outside diameter. It is the ideal option for floor, wall or ceiling systems, ensuring even heat distribution and environmental comfort.
