Heating applications:

  • The heating required in different applications varies greatly during the day/night due to the outside temperature and the more or less constant presence of people inside the premises. The different needs of various rooms and the possible opening or closing of various branches in complex systems must be added. The electronically regulated wet rotor circulation pump ensures sufficient energy at all times, in almost all properly sized systems, and at the same time quieter/comfortable operation and a significant reduction in operating costs.

     

Applications in air conditioning:

  • Unlike conventional electronic pumps, the EVOPLUS electronic circulation pump can also be used in air conditioning systems where the temperature of the pumped liquid is lower than the ambient temperature. Under these conditions on the outer surface of the circulator condensation occurs, which does not affect the proper functioning of both the electronic and mechanical parts. In fact, the particular construction is designed and sized to allow condensate drainage without damage to the construction components.

  • One-piece circulation pump formed by the cast iron hydraulic part and wet rotor synchronous electric motor. Aluminum motor case. Spiral pump body with high hydraulic efficiency due to particularly accurate design and polished internal surfaces. In-line, flanged suction and discharge ports. Equipped as standard with insulation shells to prevent heat loss and/or condensation on the pump body. Technopolymer impeller, hardened stainless steel motor shaft mounted on ceramic bushings lubricated by the pumped liquid itself. Stainless steel rotor protection jacket. Ceramic thrust ring, ethylene propylene seal rings, and composite stator sleeve with carbon fiber. Synchronous type motor with permanent magnet rotor.
