On Elettronew you can pay without VAT. Below are described the procedures to be followed depending on your country.

Countries belonging to the European Union:

In order to proceed with the payment without VAT, you must follow three steps:

• Conclude the order only by bank transfer.
• Send your VAT number by e-mail to assistance@elettronew.com.
• Wait for the invoice before sending the bank transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: If payment is made before the invoice is sent, it will not be possible to pay without VAT. Payment by bank transfer is the only way to get the price without VAT.

Countries not belonging to the European Union:

• If the buyer is a non-EU country we do not apply any tax (VAT). Therefore all orders to be shipped outside the European Union will be exempt from VAT. However, if there are customs duties for your shipment, they will be applied by the courier when the package is delivered.
• All shipments will be accompanied by an invoice that we attach directly to the package.
• All the prices you see displayed on the site are excluding VAT for countries outside Europe.
• Remember to specify the VAT number inside the shopping cart. If you are a company, this is essential to verify your company and send your order. If you are a private person, write the data you want to appear on the invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments invoiced in countries outside Europe must necessarily be sent to the requesting countries. It is therefore not possible to send orders with VAT exemption in Italy and invoice to countries outside Europe. For further specific requests please write an email to assistenza@elettronew.com before concluding your order.

× RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (Articles 50 to 68) which regulates the subject of distance contracts, i.e. made outside business premises.

If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e. does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. a VAT number reference), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty. In order to exercise this right, the Customer must send Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. a written notice to this effect, and within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods also provide for the shipment of the aforesaid goods purchased at the premises of ELETTRONEW di Web Market s.r.l. Via Comunale Castagna,16 Casoria 80026 (NA)

Notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to ELETTRONEW di Web Market s.r.l. Via Comunale Castagna,16 Casoria 80026 (NA).

Once the above mentioned notice of withdrawal has been sent, the customer must return the goods within and not later than 30 days from the date of the postmark on the registered letter. The customer must take care to return the goods indicating on the parcel their data such as name, surname, address and telephone number and the reference order number.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc. ...);
the right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware), once opened;
the purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ...);
according to the law, shipping costs are to be paid by the Customer;
the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse are under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
in case of damage to the goods during transport, Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. will inform the Customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in its warehouse), to allow him to make a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs borne by the Customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;
Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
The refund will be made within 14 days, if possible with the same payment instrument used during the purchase, or alternatively by bank transfer.

The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l ascertains:
The lack of the original outer/internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
the damage of the product for causes other than its transport or for exceeding the time limits provided by law for causes not deriving from Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l. will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging him the shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal by the Customer does not apply if the goods have been collected and paid for in the shop (Pick&Pay) because in such a case the transaction becomes a simple booking made at the time of issue of the receipt or invoice by the shop.


It cannot therefore be considered a transaction concluded online or mail order and the relationship is maintained with the owner of the affiliated store in normal business premises.

N.B. Items on the site that must be ordered on order of the customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION:
These General Conditions and the relationship between Elettronew di Web Market s.r.l and the consumer are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in any way connected to these General Conditions of Contract shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court of the registered office of Elettronew Di Web Market s.r.l., which is elected to all intents and purposes the Civil Court of Naples, in derogation of the law.

ATTENTION: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN ON PRODUCTS ORDERED TO SUPPLIER EXPRESSLY REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER

× Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated in the cart according to the weight, the volume of the package and the location to which it must arrive. If you purchase several products at the same time, the shipping cost is calculated only once. For some products, where specified, shipping may be free of charge.
