The term axial refers to the movement of the internal mechanism, which occurs along the axis of the button, i.e., in a front direction (back and forth), rather than tilting as in traditional rocker switches.
Optional illumination
The switch can be illuminated via an optional LED unit (art. 00936.250.B or 00936.250.A), useful for easily locating the control even in the dark. This function is particularly appreciated in corridors, bedrooms, or public spaces where night visibility is reduced.
Installation and compatibility
The model 14100 is compatible with Vimar Plana frames (14613, 14614, 14617) and with plates from the Plana and Plana Up series, ensuring maximum installation versatility. The electrical connection is made via screw terminals, ensuring a stable, safe, and durable fastening over time.
