Constructed in compliance with current regulations and in reference to Laws no. 46 of 5/3/1990 and the requirements of Presidential Decree No. 1095 of 03/08/1968, is a copper pipe LWC, alloy CU-DHP, complying with the European standard EN 12735-1 with internal cleaning, annealed in coils, phosphorus deoxidized, with minimum copper content 99.9% and phosphorus content between 0.015% and 0.040% complying with Uni 5649171 heavy B series, and bearing the marking: "Manufacturer's name D x Sp EN 12735-1 SLM l 00".

This copper pipe, after having undergone washing of the inner surfaces and capped to preserve its cleanliness until it is laid, is covered with a low-density, closed-cell expanded polyethylene sheath, then finished with an extruded outer film consisting of white-colored, embossed PE-LD, which gives the product additional mechanical protection as well as an aesthetic finish; it is non-toxic, odorless, free of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), with anti-condensation thicknesses complying with Law 10/91.

The insulating sheathing produced by Isoclima in adherence to incombustible support, melts without the development of flame; it is therefore classified in fire resistance class 1 (according to UNI 9177-87) and bears the progressive marking "00 ISOPOLAR D x Sp CL. 1 EN 12735-1 suitable R407/R410/R32" in addition to the indication of day, hour, minute and production line for quality control. Main features of the sheath are excellent resistance to water vapor diffusion, consistent reduction of moisture phenomena on the outer surface of the pipe with conduction of water at dew point temperature to the surrounding ambient air.

Features:

  • Copper pipe wall thickness: 0.80 mm
  • Insulation thickness: 6.5 mm
  • Operating temperatures: - 80°C/+ 98°C
  • Water vapor dispersion coefficient: 5482 µ
  • Thermal conductivity: 0.0397 W. m-1. K-1
  • Insulation density: 45 KG/m3
  • Fire resistance: Class 1 BL S2 D0
