Abundant depth of tube guiding in the body, which allows proper seating of even obliquely cut tubes. Perfect clamping of the tube by means of the tube tightening cone with jaws that cut into the tube without breaking it. Extremely easy and fast assembly and disassembly by screwing and unscrewing the nut. Perfect seal thanks to the gasket that adheres perfectly to the pipe walls. Accurate and solid design for high and reliable performance.
Fluid sealing and pipe clamping are achieved by two different elements. Sealing is achieved through an O-ring compressed by the special ring. Tube clamping is achieved through the tube tightening cone having jaws that grip by tightening the swivel.
The fittings are suitable for joining the following types of polyethylene pipe:
- Polyethylene type 312 high density UNI 7611-7615 (PN 2.5 -PN 4 - PN 6 - PN 10 - PN 16)
- Polyethylene type 316 high density UNI ISO 4437
- Polyethylene type 312 low density UNI 7990-7991 (PN 4 - PN 6 - PN 10)
The product is not suitable for use with combustible gases in domestic distribution under the requirements of UNI-CIG 7129.
