The ABB OT63G2-4BSN2 disconnector is a switch-disconnector designed to offer reliable operation and visible and safe disconnection in low voltage distribution panels. It is part of the OT Plus range, appreciated for its robust construction and ease of integration into distribution boards and industrial panels. The 4-pole configuration makes it ideal for three-phase applications with neutral, where it is essential to completely isolate the circuit during maintenance, interventions, or safety procedures.

Thanks to the front operation, the operator manages the command directly from the front panel with a clear and immediate maneuver. The IP20 front protection contributes to safer management in technical environments and panel compartments.

DIN/base mounting and orderly installation: designed for panel building

This model is designed for quick installation: it can be mounted on a DIN rail or base, adapting to the most common layouts in panel building. It is suitable for panels with a 45 mm DIN hole, useful in configurations with door command or dedicated passage. The integrated screw terminals simplify wiring and allow stable tightening, reducing installation times and improving connection reliability over time.

An important detail for design: the external handle and the shaft for door command can be requested as accessories (not included), while the knob operation is designed for direct mounting on the device.

4th switched pole: neutral management with simultaneous function

The disconnector includes the fourth pole on the right side, with switched function and late-break / early-make logic: a useful feature when controlled management of the opening/closing of the fourth pole is needed compared to the other contacts. It is an advantage in many applications where the neutral or an auxiliary circuit must follow a defined sequence, improving operational safety and maneuver consistency.
