Overview:
- As with valve art.2040, straight or angle air vent valves of the 2045, 2050, 2055 and 2060 series are to be installed on heating systems to automatically remove air released in the circuit and thus ensure better heat exchange. To ensure perfect operation, the vent valve should always be installed in a vertical position. Again, the cap is left slightly loose to allow air to escape from the valve through a notch made in the thread. The plastic plug has a gasket seal and can be closed if necessary. In the event that impurities interfere with the normal operation of the valve, the cap can be unscrewed and removed with the float. On the rod that holds the float, there is the rubber disk that acts as a shutter when the float lifts the plate. It is necessary to verify that there are no impurities in this area that prevent the obturator from reaching the end of the stroke.
