Lovato GSM modem for remote control and monitoring via SMS. Using the configuration software (freely downloadable from the website www.LovatoElectric.com) the user can manage the operating logic of the relay output, the digital input and the analog input.

With EXC GSM 01 it is possible to remotely implement a relay output and obtain system information via programmable SMS link.
The logic is managed by events (e.g. activation of the digital input or the arrival of an SMS with specific text), after which the user can decide specific actions (response with an SMS, with a voice message, switching of the relay output).
The analogue input can be connected to detectors of physical quantities such as pressure, liquid level in a tank or temperature to allow remote reading of values or sending alarms via SMS.
The EXC GSM 01 modem interacts with the cellular network to periodically update its internal clock and sunrise and sunset times to take action in relation to hourly events.
From the cells of the telephone network it is possible to retrieve information related to the position of the modem (reading position information and sending alarms via SMS).
