BATTERY REPLACEMENT: Unscrew the screw on the bottom of the remote control to open the container, remove the old battery and insert a new one respecting the polarities indicated on the container. When the battery is inserted, the remote control LED should flash: if not, disconnect the battery and wait a few seconds before inserting it again. Check the correct operation of the two keys before closing the container again.

PROGRAMMING: Press both keys for a few seconds until the LED remains lit, then release them. Program the remote control with the system code using the two keys: Left key: to enter "1" - Right key: to enter "0". If you suspend data entry for more than thirty seconds, the LED will flash for a few moments and you will automatically exit the programming phase without changing the pre-existing code. In case of an error, you can interrupt data entry by pressing the two keys simultaneously for a few moments: the LED flashes for a few seconds and you interrupt programming. When a correct code has been entered, the LED flashes once and the programming phase ends. In case of wrong code ( all zeros or all ones) the LED flashes for a few moments and exits the programming phase without accepting the code. Holding a key down for a long time sends the relevant command 15 times, then the remote control waits for the key to be released before allowing it to be sent again. This function is useful to prevent unnecessary battery consumption in case a key is inadvertently held down.

INSTALLATION: Installation should be done by fixing the XR152 detector so that it can carry out the radio transmission activity to the control panel effectively. Therefore, avoid placement in places where there are shields for the signal to the central unit, such as concrete pillars or large metal structures or in the presence of radio sources on the transmission frequency. The range increases in relation to the absence of obstacles between the detector and the central unit. Secure the detector to a wall in a stable manner, making sure there is absolutely no vibration. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and do not orient the detector toward heat sources such as radiators or windows.
